Jaymo didn’t start with a business plan. He started with a grill, a love for real food, and the belief that sausage could be made better.
He would source the best meat he could find, only to watch it get covered in sugar-filled, preservative-heavy sauces. He called it "a disservice to the meat."
So he started creating his own. What began as homemade sauces evolved into seasoning blends and eventually sausages, all built around the same philosophy: better ingredients, real flavor, and no shortcuts.
