INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 lbs Beef Brisket Flat
  • 12 oz Jaymo’s Sweet N Heat
  • 12 oz Coke
  • 1 Envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix

EQUIPMENT

  • oven

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Place brisket fat side up in roasting pan
  3. Combine all other ingredients in bowl and pour over top
  4. Cover with aluminum foil
  5. Bake for 2-3 hrs or 30 minutes per pound
  6. Let rest for 20-30 minutes tented
  7. Carve and serve with juices
