Rub pork with mustard, thyme, & chili powder.

Place in slow cooker.

Add root beer, garlic, Worcestershire, onion (optional) and liquid smoke to cooker.

Cook on LOW for 9-10 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.

Drain all liquid, strip pork.
