Fry or grill wings until about 75% done.

If grilling, baste the chicken wings with Jaymo’s sauce and put back on grill to burn on sauce and finish chicken wings to 165 internal temp.

If frying wings take out of fryer, toss with Jaymo’s sauce, put in pizza oven or under broiler for 5 minutes turning once to burn on sauce.

Let cook a bit and serve immediately.
