- 12 Chicken Wings
- 1/2 cup Jaymo's Sauce
- Fry or grill wings until about 75% done.
- If grilling, baste the chicken wings with Jaymo’s sauce and put back on grill to burn on sauce and finish chicken wings to 165 internal temp.
- If frying wings take out of fryer, toss with Jaymo’s sauce, put in pizza oven or under broiler for 5 minutes turning once to burn on sauce.
- Let cook a bit and serve immediately.
